RvBTO is a fan run event. The RvBTO Staff volunteer their time and energy to create a fun-filled weekend for all those who attend the event. Here are the people who help make this year’s event possible.

Ryan (aka Abandoned) – Event Coordinator
Ryan has been volunteering for RvBTO since 2005 and joined the planning committee in 2009 as co-coordinator with Lukie for RVBTO 2010. He now oversees the whole event with his wife, Britte and entertainment aspects of the event and fixes things that break. Britte (aka brittewater) – Event Coordinator
Originally from Pittsburgh, Britte moved to Canada in January 2009. She is a graduate of Loyalist College with a degree in Custom Border Services. She currently works with Ryan as the Event Coordinator for RvBTO 2012.
Eleanor (aka elebellybear/”the whip”) – Financial Controller
Eleanor has been a volunteer for RvBTO since 2006. She joined the planning commitee in 2009 and was the recording secretary. She joined Lukie as an Event Coordinator in 2011. She shares her talent by using her administration and management experience to the mix. She is the current Event Consultant along with Lukie and Jamie. She also assists Audrey in handling RvBTO’s finances.
Lukie (aka Lukie) – RvBTO Liason/Event Consultant
Lukie has been a part of RvBTO since it’s inception in 2005 and is currently the RvBTO Liaison and Event Consultant. If you would like to donate or sponsor RvBTO please contact her at Lukie@rvbto.ca
Jozef (aka Microbe) – Multimedia Manager
Jozef has been at the start of RvBTO. In fact, he was around way before it was known [/hipster]. His contribution to the Rooster Teeth Community and RvBTO has always been through visuals. If you scour the depths of the internet, you may find many videos authored by him displaying tidbits that happen at RvBTO.
John (aka BigNiceJohn) – Host

Jamie (aka Thundera) – Event Consultant (on Maternity Leave)
Jamie has been in the planning committee since 2005. She has dedicated her sweat, blood and tears for the first 5 years of RvBTO. She will always be the primary event coordinator for RvBTO .
Barbara (formerly known as BlawnDee) – Official Rooster Teeth Community Manager
Barbara, formerly known as BlawnDee went from RvBTO attendee, to RvBTO staff, and has now joined Rooster Teeth on staff as Community Manager. She has clearly taken her role of “RT Liaison” very seriously– enough to infiltrate the RT headquarters in a very elaborate undercover mission.
Spenny (aka spennyhawtin) – Entertainment Manager and Day of Site Coordinator
Spenny had attended RvBTO 2011 and joined the planning committee this year. He is currently attending Sir Wilfred Laurier University where he studies Anthropology. He intends to be as helpful as much as he can to make RvBTO 2012 last event one to remember.
Lori (aka Cheshire_Cat) – Day of Site Coordinator
Lori has been a long time RvBTO attendee and was a volunteer at RvBTO 2011, so when the opportunity to join the planning committee came she jumped at the chance. She will be bringing her mad note taking skills and almost OCD need to organize to this year’s event as Day of Site Co-ordinator and Volunteer Wrangler.
John (aka John) – Official RvBTO Photographer
John’s first RvBTO was 2008 and has been attending ever since. He joined as the Official RvBTO Photographer in 2010 and has taken many amazing shots during the event. We love John for all his hard work and dedication.
