FAQ

What does RvBTO stand for?
Truth, justice and the Canadian way… Actually, RvBTO = Red vs Blue Toronto.

Where does RvBTO take place?
In Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you were thinking Ohio, South Dakota or Kansas, then you’re way off. Those Toronto’s are cool, but not as cool as ours.

What is RvBTO?

An annual fan event centred around the popular web-series Red vs Blue and the community of friends that has risen around it. It has been held in Toronto, Ontario, every summer since 2005.

What happens at RvBTO?

A few different activities are usually planned to keep guests busy for the weekend. In past years, we’ve held pub nights, old school gaming, open-mic nights, Q+A with Rooster Teeth staff, and pizza picnics. We take the feedback from previous years to make each consecutive RvBTO even better.

Who runs RvBTO?

A small group of volunteers from the Greater Toronto Area help plan and run RvBTO every year.

Who goes to RvBTO?

People who attend the event range in age from 10 years to 50 years old. We’ve hosted people from Canada, the United States and as far as Australia. About 80% of our audience is made up of people from outside Toronto.

Can I volunteer for RvBTO?

Of course you can! We are always looking for new volunteers to help out with planning, organizing and running the event. Simply fill out the Volunteer Form and we’ll notify you several weeks before the event if you have been chosen.

I have an idea for an activity on the weekend of RvBTO, who do I send it to?

We would love to hear your ideas! Send all ideas, comments and suggestions to info@rvbto.ca.

I want to donate an item for the raffle. Who do I contact??

Please send an e-mail to info@rvbto.ca.

Is RvBTO appropriate for all ages?

Yes. However, we do not assume responsibility for anyone under the age of 18 years old and we recommend that they be accompanied by an adult. Please be advised that the show Red vs Blue contains violence, coarse language and adult situations. Parents and guardians are encouraged to preview the show at www.redvsblue.com.

Where can I stay for the weekend if I’m coming from outside Toronto?

There are several affordable places to stay in the Toronto area. Visit the Lodging Guide.
