A few updates:

To all the patient people awaiting our proper tentative schedule release.

All bundles and individual items will only be sold no later than Thursday, June 23rd.

We won’t be selling shirts during the event.
If you don’t want to go through PayPal to pay and want to pay on the day of you can preorder shirts via me (eleanor@rvbto.ca). Email me with the choice of shirt, size and quantity and we can make arrangements. Please send me the details no later than Thursday, June 23rd.

We are still waiting on sign up on activities. Please check them out.

If you are under 18 and want to participate in any of the activities you require to bring a waiver form signed by your parent/guardian. Send a request of the waiver form via email (eleanor@rvbto.ca) until we can get the form on the website.
You will need to bring this to the event prior to participating in any physical activities (Mini stick, KEG, CTF).

****Volunteer applicants will hear from Britte by Monday, June 13th. We will launch a page for volunteer applicants to purchased volunteer/applicants bundles. ONLY applicants will be allowed to buy these bundles.
